Hardly any. The control room staff are forgotten about whilst the rest of the building enjoy our hard graft.
Cons
Dinosaurs work there. Too many managers stuck in the past. They hate WFH culture even tho we work more productively than we do in the office. Also all the managers currently there don't listen to us cause you know we're the little people
