I have been working at Addison Lee full-time for more than a year

    Pros

∙ No micro management ∙ Engage with professional clientele from C-Suite to notable pro athletes. ∙ Decent pay with OT and cash tips ∙ Flexible Personal Time Off

    Cons

∙ Growing pains ∙ Long hours. 6-day work weeks ∙ TLC enforcement (NYC Taxi & Limo police) ∙ Dispatch and staff need more interpersonal training

    Advice to Management

∙ Present the pay scale at recruitment level in a more transparent way to retain good drivers. ∙Find ways to integrate cell phone and tablet (job dashboard) ∙ Offer an intranet for internal communications and opportunities ∙ Keep acquiring the competition and striving to do better.

      Pros

Nice cars Drivers are nice and helpful

      Cons

Management is AWFUL the worst I have ever dealt with. The hire by race not by what you know. They make sure they have every denomination working in the office. You can contact them via email or phone they will get back to you days or weeks later. Dispatcher’s are mean as we as unorganized

      Advice to Management

      Pros

None that i can think of, stay away

      Cons

Simply put your a slave point blank period, most of the dispatcher there have no college education but think they are smart. Constantly getting harassed and belittled, department full of alcoholics racist and gamblers. Makes me believe the old owners of Flyte Tyme are nothing but low lives who allow this behavior in a corporate office. You have to love walking in on a Monday morning and hearing F this F that in an open...

I worked at Addison Lee full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

The vast majority of individuals that you will be working with are wonderful.

      Cons

. Management is at a total loss, far to many team managers sit around doing nothing all day only to go and flirt with other managers in plain sight that have wives and families. Phone usage from team managers is also appalling and I'm unsure how their hasn't been a gdpr fine. . Payroll: You will 8 times out of 10 be paid incorrectly, only for you to raise this with a manager and they to turn round and say "yeah well...

      Pros

Directors and senior management are professional and compassionate

      Cons

Some crazy people work here- constantly back stabbing, unprofessional and insecure. We live in a society where companies adopt lean practices one individual doubles up everything and treats drivers with the most disgraceful disrespect. one of the managers is a bully who thinks they are there to control your life , threatening ppl and pulling faces and constantly demeaning. Some of the workers are involved in malpractice...
