What are perks and other benefits like at Affinitiv?

Good benefits, great pay, advancement opportunity

No work life balance to speak of

Affinitiv has several offices in various parts of the country. I work out of the Houston office. Great group of people from the CEO down. They do an incredible job keeping all of the remote teams around the country connected and supported, especially for such a large company. They take employee development seriously, benefits are VERY good and work life balance is as good as can be expected.

None that i can think of

PTO to start out with benefits to start out work from home not back to back calls

Pay is horrible and hard work goes unrecognized. Employees that have been there for years doesn't do there jobs and nothing is Said about it

Affinitiv is an incredible company that clearly appreciates us (employees)and makes sure we know it. Great work/lie balance, great benefits, tons of advancement opportunity and great extra curricular team building activities. I think it is rare for a company of this size to see the CEO interact w so many employees across all departments, regardless of their position. It's obvious that I am a fan, but is true! I REALLY love it here :)

I really can't think of anything I would call a "Con". It is a job after all, so there will be things that people wish were different, but that's life :)

I've been with Affinitiv for over 6 years, and it's been a fantastic journey. As a remote work company, we enjoy full benefits, 401k, and PTO. While the automotive industry has its challenges, our leadership's resilience and ability to listen to employees ensure we overcome obstacles and find success. Teams collaborate seamlessly, demonstrating a collective commitment to Affinitiv's mission. I genuinely value my colleagues and believe we all contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Under the leadership of our CEO, Affinitiv has seen the best management since my time here. It's refreshing to have a CEO who genuinely cares about the success of both the company and its employees. The message is clear: work hard, and you'll find success under this leadership.

Unfortunately, like any company, we've encountered a few individuals who exploit the company and attempt to sabotage our efforts. Some demand perks without putting in the necessary hard work for optimal results, causing many of our challenges. I'd recommend that management keeps a close eye on teams to ensure everyone is committed to delivering excellent work and maintaining the positive culture we value at Affinitiv.

PTO is good, benefits are usually good but can change often. Love the people I work with and you can gain good experience. Hours are pretty standard.

The pay could be better and more OT would be better as well.
