What is working from home like at Affinitiv?

You can work from home.

Not much of a place to grow.

I met a lot of great and helpful people. Flexible work from anywhere policy, as long as you meet your deadlines and stay under the radar you can definitely have a great work/life balance.

When this company merged with Autoloop, it lost a lot of its identity and the roles became fragmented where you became a jack-of-all trades and master of none. With that being said, the solutions it provided were once best in class, however with all technology if you don’t keep up you’ll fall behind. Affinitiv know that because they continue to loose their marquee clients. When they loose their clients 2 things happen. Layoffs and the best people leave for the new vendors who won the contract. Clients can see the platforms are showing their age and as a client manager there is very little you can do besides work around. Another vendor comes in with a sleek demo, and they leave.

PTO to start out with benefits to start out work from home not back to back calls

Pay is horrible and hard work goes unrecognized. Employees that have been there for years doesn't do there jobs and nothing is Said about it

Most software engineers work from home.

Pay is mediocre, medical benefits would be ok if the provider wasn't so bad. Pay increases aren't keeping up with inflation.

Absolutely love the culture and employees who work for this company. Some of the most motivated, creative, and genuinely curious individuals to work with. Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration (in some departments). Work from home, equipment provided, bonus structures, opportunities for growth right out the door as a new hire.

I enjoyed the majority of the people I worked with and it was great being able to work from home everyday. There was good work/life balance and the half days before holidays were a fun added bonus. Additional learning opportunities were good as well. Loved being able to meet up with my team 1-2 times a year!

While I loved working at home, having a Chicago office to go into every now and then would have been fun (it was closed after covid). Change was a constant.

Work from home is the best part of the job

Over worked and underpaid. The job does not fit the pay scale

The leadership at this company is in shambles. Chronic restructuring & reorganization is causing us to lose incredibly valuable employees. Business is suffering because of the decisions of our inept executive leadership. I hope those that are responsible for the company's failings are eventually held accountable.

Great people to work with. Opportunity for growth and to learn new things. Remote work and decent benefits.
