What is the salary like at Amarr Garage Doors?

Good schedule, good pay and raises, good moral in general

Decent benefits, decent pay, transparent.

Some management can be difficult.

Although there are occasionally layoffs, I don't feel they are about to go under. There are some great colleagues, friendly and knowledgeable.

They struggle to keep up with market average salaries. Some managers micromanage to the point of preventing work from getting done and no one seems to notice. Promotions seem to be based on who the manager likes, not necessarily performance. There are no career ladders that I can tell.
