What are perks and other benefits like at Apify?

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Apify as a place to work! The team is friendly, collaborative, and always willing to help. It has a typical startup vibe: transparent, fast-paced, and dynamic, which keeps things exciting. Since I work remotely as a contractor, I don’t always get to take full advantage of the company’s benefits, but it’s still been a great experience.

So far, I haven’t come across anything negative.

Apify offers a fantastic work environment with friendly, helpful colleagues and a strong collaborative spirit. The beautiful, centrally-located office and great benefits (even for contractors) are major perks. Despite having startup energy, the company is exceptionally well-organized with clear communication channels. The thorough onboarding process helps you hit the ground running. Oh, and did I mention the snacks? Overall, Apify provides an excellent balance of excitement and structure.

While the highly technical product and platform can present a steep learning curve, the team does well at breaking down complex concepts, so you can understand everything piece by piece.

I love almost everything about Apify. Highly dynamic and fast developing company atmosphere suits me well. Our company culture is unique. Transparency and candid feedback are our core values and those strongly shape our internal environment. Apify treats all staff with respect and provides great benefits. I feel highly valued and rewarded for all my work.

Just that I am not living in Prague and cannot see my colleagues more often but that's my fault, not Apify's.

The soft skills could be trained more. I can't think of any 'real' cons.

During my time here, I've experienced immense growth in QA and also in my English skills. I feel a great sense of freedom and trust in my work. Issues are promptly addressed. Additionally, the beautiful office space, great people, plentiful benefits, and free lunches are added bonuses. I would highly recommend working here to anyone.
