Where to start from? Aqua falls drastically short is in its management and compensation practices. The middle management is not just mediocre but blatantly incompetent, often failing to recognize or nurture the real talent within the ranks. They perpetuate a pervasive culture of deceit, with employees frequently promised growth and recognition that never materializes. Moreover, compensation practices are strikingly unfair, favoring a select inner circle and fueling a culture of resentment and inequality among the workforce. This has led to an alarming turnover rate, a clear testament to the widespread frustration and discontent brewing under the surface.

No Constructive Feedback or Recognition: Feedback is minimal, and appreciation is rare, with those who align closely with management's views often receiving the only positive recognition. 8. No Job Security and No Diversity and Inclusion at all .
