Although I wasn't selected to move forward, I still had a good experience during the interview process. The recruiter was responsive and courteous. The questions were relevant to the role and gave me a good sense of what the team was looking for. I appreciated the transparency about timelines and next steps, even though the final decision didn't go my way. Overall, I came away with a great impression of the company and its culture. I'd be happy to apply again in the future if another opportunity opens up.

The interview process was stretched over two and half months with little to no communication in between. There were no clear updates on the next steps, and I had to follow up multiple times just to understand what was happening. The lack of transparency and coordination made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. As a candidate, I expected better communication and respect for time. This experience raises concerns about how internal processes might be handled within the company.
