Nice benefits and management seems to have eye on the ball

Very very low comp. Can't survive in the area because of it.

They give a lot of great benefits and care about the health/wellness of their employees.

Force specific employees to go into the office 3 times a week, but hire other employees as full time remote.

Hard working and brilliant people. Lots of autonomy in most departments to bring your expertise to the table. Company is in growth mode and undergoing a refresh in a few different key areas. This is exciting and scary to some. Benefits are great! Hybrid work policy is a perfect balance for most. Great community and charity engagement.

Certain department leaders take a while to implement new processes, policies, ways of thinking. Normal for an organization undergoing change and growth, but frustrating at times.
