      Staff are very two faced, asked for them to find me work after making me redundant as they are a recruitment agency and left me in the lurch for 4 months and counting with no contact. Also don't use as a reference as they have nothing nice to say no matter how hard you work and they will just confirm how long you worked there. Very poor experience overall.

      Pros

      Work available when needed, Sometimes meals provided, reasonable working hours, kit provided, learn new skills. Small pension, holiday pay after certain time, sick pay after certain time. Usually staff nice, lots of new constant interesting places to work.

      Cons

      Low pay, quick termination without much notice at times, so no job security, can be hard on the legs and body on feet all day, can be tiring depending on job and how hard you work, sometimes as agency staff you get treated with no care,

      It is an agency so there was little loyalty and shifts were regularly cancelled

      I don't think there is any pros in working for this company

      Cons

      Salary is minimum/hour and if they could they would pay you less and work you overtime. When you are sick (even with vivid) you have to work otherwise the management will make you feel guilty of taking time off to recover and would not pick up anything in your absence so when you do come back to work you will have to pick up where you left off. If you ran into any work related issues and have to go to your manager for resolution they will shrug and send you over to other people for their expertise, basically just to make you go in circles for a while until you give up and fix the issue yourself. If you raise any improvement ideas they are place aside or if there is an actual good idea the manager will steal it and pretend they came up with it. No career progression what so ever! Saw someone that after 10 years has become a senior recruiter. Any initiative for career progression is treated as a "will be review at a better financial time" until you eventually give up bring it in during the 1:1 meetings. It is a company that does not care for their employees and their well-being but only cares for their financial bonuses and profit, where all managers and people in comand have no personal skills and should not be placed in position of power. (This review is purely made from a direct employment with Blue Arrow and not a placement working for a different company under Blue Arrow)
