      Cons

The company enforces a six-month probation period in Mexico, which is not compliant with local labor laws. While it offers decent benefits, it has a very poor work-life balance. Employees are overloaded with work—to the point where over 90% of us continued working at home after office hours, and many even worked on weekends just to meet the strict “metrics” imposed. You constantly have to monitor your performance, as failing to meet targets is grounds for termination.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Get to work with extremely competent people - Interesting and engaging work - Lots of agency/leadership opportunities that will develop and challenge you - In person culture is helpful for collaboration day to day - Pay and benefits are mostly great across the board

      Cons

      - Turnover can lead to instability in roles. Can feel a bit chaotic as management tries to fill the holes - If you don't want to be thrown into the deep end, this isn't you you. It's not a place to coast - Limited flexibility. They are up front about this, so you know what you are signing up for. However, there are easy ways they could offer flexibility without sacrificing the positives of in-person culture

Could be great and potential is there.

      Cons

-heavy top-down (decisions made for you) culture -intimidation/impatient/fear/rigid managing style (unless lucky to have a good manager) -no hybrid working flexibility -internally focused - lots of manual processes and reporting (busy work)

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Stability & Job Security: These companies rarely shut down overnight. You can usually count on getting your salary on the exact same date every month. Brand Value: Having a famous name on your resume makes it easier to get your next job. People respect the name. Perks and Benefits: They often have good health insurance, free food, cabs, nice offices, and paid holidays. Clear Career Path: You know exactly what you need to do to get promoted from "Junior" to "Senior" to "Manager." Specialization: You usually focus on one specific thing (e.g., "I only work on the login button code").

      Cons

Bureaucracy (Red Tape): This is a fancy word for "unnecessary rules." If you want to install a new software or change a small thing, you might need approval from 5 different bosses. Things move slowly. Office Politics: Since there are thousands of employees, sometimes getting promoted isn't about hard work, but about who you are friends with or how much your manager likes you. Small Impact: You are often just a "small cog in a big machine." If you leave, the company probably won't even notice for a while.
