Lack of support for entry level leaders
No communication from management
Doing job duties outside of or above job description
Benefits could be better
No coaching for entry level leadership with management to help be better
Zero room for advancement
Management not caring about mental well being of base leadership
Feels like a lot of discrimination due to not being korean
They don't care about work life balance
Pay, the people you work with were sometimes the best part, good benefits
Cons
The pay, the long hours. Sometimes we work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week during peak season. It is brutal and it is a thankless job. They only care about the work not the employees but that is to be expected with a warehouse job. So I think it is pretty typical.
