What is the salary like at Celonis?

Great product, time to value is relatively fast for customers, great people, competitive salary and benefits.

Poor management, the company is ran by engineers/technology and they don’t know how to scale beyond this point.

Nice people, International environment, Good benefits, Nice offices, flexibility, good salary (depending on position), possibility of internal movements.

Bonus not paid 100%, long hours working (depending on position), work not always recognized

Overall great culture remote and in the office with decent pay. A lot of autonomy in assignments.

Takes some getting used to working with people on an international schedule.

For a first job out of college I'd say this is an excellent place to start your career. - Fast paced, exciting environment with opportunity for travel and lots of smart, motivated people - Good pay and intellectually stimulating work - Orbit program for recent grads provides excellent environment for collaboration and peer relationships

- Constant changes to value proposition of product. Also transient environment with people often leaving after 3-4 years at the company - Work life balance can be poor from a culture perspective (though you can set firm boundaries if needed) -Unlimited PTO is advertised/contractually bound but for those in orbit (early career program), management mandates 4 weeks

The people in Celonis are really nice. The new office is very good and in a very convenient location.

The pay is not very high compared to other tech companies.
