1. While every company around us were laying off employee, Cimpress did cost cutting in other ways, by migrating from 1 application to another, freeing hiring but not a single layoff . 2. Company pay really well. 3. You will get lots of opportunities to work and explore other options. What i like the most if they take inspiration from FAANG companies and tries to implement their skill building map here. 4. Cimpress offers wide range of learning platforms and not just 1 or 2

1. It is too employee friendly ! in the sense that an employee can do whatever the heck comes to his mind and HR would not take any action other than giving warnings. And this sometime becomes headache for managers.

A lot of layoffs happen, in order to show profits the company tends to cut down on employees frequently, sad part is layoffs are not performance dependent, I have seen people getting terminated even after performing as per the expectations.It all depends on business needs, so be careful, not a stable company.
