Cons are too much management is too strict for the bottom level employess like designers, no growth internally having too much of corporate politics in it. too much of micro management, leave approval system is not good, even on diwali and other big festivals we need to work. No work life balance. Rotational week-off so that you cannot spend a quality time with family. Even female employee need to work in night shift compulsory, they are not giving choice.
