What are perks and other benefits like at City of Boca Raton?

Honestly was a very poor experience

Poor management, no flexibility, no benefits, bad culture and bad work/life balance, just not a good place to work really.

some managers are nice and will work out schedule conflicts

benefits and pay is lacking

I worked for the City of Boca Raton for 5 Years in Park and Rec. I enjoyed my time, the city is well built and has a lot going on for their future. Their benefits packages are nice

I have heard other cities do pay more but I was happy with working there
