What is a typical working day like at Coforge?

You have to work for 24 x 7 . They won't consider our personal time.you need to be all the time they need . They won't provide OT for extra hours work. Incase they give it as OT amount you won't get

* In AFLAC department to much pressure * Target based job need to meet daily targets if you not able to meet you it's added to your bucket to need to complete in same month ( this is a very very negative point) * Feels like no job security they create an environment like this if your are not able to meet target your inner feelings like let resignation * Not life balance ( because some time if not not meet the target you need to log from your home after night shift * No night allowance
