Terrible middle management stuck somewhere between 1980s style leadership and high school. Pay is bottom quartile.

UK Finance Team works under immense pressure. Most of roles were either cut or moved to India, which resulted in imbalance on knowledge and experienced. USA owner (Ameriprise) doesn't understand the demands of multi regulatory reporting. Work is carried in silos. No communication on any level.
