      Pros

Nice people to work alongside - coworkers care about one another and make efforts to build lasting relationships Interesting product with lots of brand recognition Good pay and benefits! Lots of perks Opportunity to try new things and expand your skills especially if you're willing to take initiative or share your ideas. Fully remote with office locations in SF and NY - meet about twice a year as a full company in-person

      Cons

      At times direction will shift

      Pros

      Benefits, good people, competitive pay

      Cons

No clear idea of how to land where they want to eventually end up, employees eventually get the short end of the stick

We’re glad to hear you found the benefits and pay competitive and appreciated the camaraderie with your teammates. We also appreciate your feedback around company direction. We’re taking steps to better communicate our roadmap and the “why” behind our priorities to ensure alignment across the organization. If you’d like to share additional ideas on how we can continue improving, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.

Chaotic Leadership, No Direction, and Constant Attrition

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Competitive pay, solid benefits, and the ability to work from home are the only real positives. The onboarding process is smooth and gives a false sense of stability before reality sets in.

      Cons

Crunchbase suffers from chronic indecision and a complete lack of communication from leadership. There’s no clear vision, and priorities shift weekly depending on who’s talking the loudest. Leadership ego drives decisions more than data or logic. The tech debt is overwhelming and ignored, leaving teams to patch things together just to stay afloat. Long-term employees are leaving in droves, and it feels like rats escaping a sinking ship. Management makes no visible effort to retain talent, listen to feedback, or work collaboratively with employees. Morale is at rock bottom, and most people are quietly looking for the exit.
