The company has already established a strong bas.

Cons

There is no way anyone is safe with their jobs because management fires people whenever it feels like it! Job security here is practically nonexistent, and employees are not even to blame because it has nothing to do with performance or productivity. This place is all about showing who is the boss and who holds the power!

When each day makes you feel like prisoner in a jail, you won't feel like looking for pros at this workplace.

Cons

The leadership is evil, cruel, and insane. Their interference knows no limits. Employees are expected to work brutally exhausting and stressful hours. And that too, with constant monitoring. You'll be expected to hop on video calls with a moment's notice. There is a disregard for employee privacy. It's awfully humiliating. I felt suffocated every day.
