Union heads use nepotism to get their kids high positions they aren't qualified for IN TEST. Will have to deal with being verbally abused (only one way). If you defend yourself management will have you removed to protect union. Surrounded by inappropriate and vulgar co-workers that won't hesitate to turn you in for the slightest offense. Hostile and poor working environment. YOU are expected to PAY for WORK TRIPS.

There is nothing to do most of the time Management is lost Management hides behind their desk and HR when questioned Nepotism, hiring engineers with no experience simply because they are related to the higher ups. Clueless HR reps I dont like to throw this around, but a toxic environment with contractors.
