What is the salary like at DP World?

The pay is great and the flexibility of working hours is nice but it ends there.

Management have created a toxic work culture that leaves myself and most of the workforce anxious to come into work.

Basically, they hired a group of people, promised to train them for a new Google data center. Used them for labor and fired them with no warning. They lie straight to your face, treat you as replaceable, and promote their buddies. Never work for these liers.

The pay is good if you can ever make it to a full time position.

Terrible work life balance. Not family oriented. Poor safety standards. Bullying culture. They don’t care about their people at all. Management are totally and utterly dysfunctional. They treat their customers like dirt. The smoko break structure is broken and disorganized. No job satisfaction. Lack of Leadership Functional only due to lack of choice and options.
