What is working from home like at DS Smith?

NO Pros, only parking is free which is not a compliment its there right to provide parking

no hybrid role like no work from home in my role although others do no flexible timings for clock in and clock out

Work from home 2 days was the only benefit

More staff leaving the department than joining speaks volumes

It was beneficial to work from home

Terrible culture, a lot of hiring manager were only interested in candidates from top universities, appalling attitude towards inceasing diversity amongst the employee population.

Close to home but moved to better pay

Worked there but would not return, they could be so much more
