      flexible schedule, work from home

      Cons

      management does not communicate with employees. they brag about how much money they make and then hesitate to give raises. no bonuses are given. no proof of auditing their coders work. management does not act like they care about their employees at all. if you ask a question you get ignored. pto requests are ridiculously restricted. pto accrual is a joke.

      Love working from home, great legitimate work from home option. They are a real company, no sales involved. Great place to start out working from home.

      Call center atmosphere and unrealistic performance measures make it difficult to stay in their good graces. It takes a lot of effort to hit performance goals, but it can be done.

      Aren't guaranteed a 40/hr work week even though the job is advertised as such, managers literally suggest you get a second job so you can make ends meet and say 'its just business', They have employees who do hard drugs but will terminate top performing employees for using delta 8 products for sleep
