It was a fun team to work with, the products were also interesting. I got an allowance per month that was nice too

way too many.
management sucked, never listened to the team kept on making stupid changes. kept on hiring new people even when the current employees didnt get enough hours to work. kept changing layout of the store almost every month so you never got used to it. customers sucked, always made everything so messy it was impossible to clean up. The store was way too big for what it sold, made it impossible to manage properly. the allowance was nice but they made it so confusing to access and get the refund it was almost not worth it, and it took so long to process the reimbursement as well. supervisors never did any work but expected 2-3 people to completely clean and manage the whole store. there were never enough people on shifts as well, they would keep like 4 people on weekdays where it was super busy and we could never keep up with the crowd, and that was with a couple of supervisors being absolutely useless, so realistically only 2 people were working, horrible place to work except the team.
