Good Salary and bonus structure along with other benefits like Health insurance Manager is very understanding and compassionate but also strict in ways to get targets achieved. Very helpful in getting employees accustomed to the work culture and environment. Work culture is very good. Most of the employees are veterans and makes one wonder how they stuck to one company for so long. But once you start working here, you can see why. Good bonding among teammates.
