- Lack of proper briefs - Lack of proper feedback. - Lack of communication/planning. - Management lacks media planning & logistics for marketing material. - Media production systems are not broken, they DO NOT EXIST. Management does not wish to try new systems. - Hugely disrespectful towards employees who wish to rest over the weekend after having worked a VERY hectic week. - Passive aggressive comments on whatsapp groups/disrespect in general inspite of being communcated to HR. - Disregard of an employee's experience/expertise.

- Decent monies - Decent Benefits - A good brand name to have on your profile - You will appreciate any work environment after working in Emaar.

- No respect or empathy for people, their lives and careers. Regardless of your service, performance, role level etc. - Termination galore from Jan to Apr before bonus payouts. You can work hard throughout the year, achieve 100 percent of your goals, earn 5 on 5 ratings and then shown the door. You can guess the Culture from this example. - An environment that brings the worst out of you as a person. When the challenge is to survive everyday, you will pretty much do anything that goes against your value systems.
