Good benefits, constantly work to be done, no major lulls.

Management has stopped communicating ever since the merger. Leadership is put in place and just expects every one to understand the big picture.

The benefits are good and the pay was also very good for any recent graduate. The research staff is great and very good at their jobs.

The management for this role is very absent and will not be available or interested in helping you become a better statistician. If you are already a competent statistician and don't require a space for questions and discussion you could be happy in this role. However, if you are early in your career or like to ask a lot of questions you will struggle.
