Pros
Great to get to help people. It's a good introduction to Non-Profit/Government jobs.
Cons
Overloaded with busy work, they don't stick up for their employees, keep adding things to the workload, and have no raises built into their program. They keep eliminating positions and adding them to your workload. Then you get written up for not keeping up. Very toxic management style. They keep employees barely above the poverty line while government jobs pay way more. The benefits are awful and expensive. If you need some experience with case management and love helping people, it's a good starting place. But don't stay long. Find something else if you can.
