Do not leave your current job for this toxic environment. I thought I was leaving my toxic workplace for a better place because Exness was good, but I soon realized I had left my beautiful job for a more toxic environment.
Do not join the Customer Role unless you are desperate for work or income. Moving from a well-organized company to this location will be a huge mistake.
The team and managers are pleasant individuals. The only issue is with management and the annoying trainers.
Good benefits, including good salary and learning and development for self-improvement.

The company used to be great a few years back, but nowadays lots of long-term employees are leaving because of the following reasons:
- Tons of toxic high-level employees leading to extremely toxic management and bullying
- Bullying issues and sexual harassment reports neglected and ignored by HR
- Endless meaningless meetings on a daily basis
- Employee exploitation
Would not recommend to anyone.
