What are perks and other benefits like at Fleet Farm?

Poor pay, poor management, odd organization

The discount is great. The management, for the most part, is easy to work for. It's retail, you get what you put into it. Just do what you're supposed to and it's pretty enjoyable. I don't hate going to work everyday. The benefits of full time don't completely suck.

It's retail. You have to deal with cranky people. If you can be pleasant and try and solve their "issues", they usually appreciate it and carry on their day. Retail hours means you'll have to work some nights and weekends. Again, it's retail, so it's expected.

Good benefits and 401K program. Co workers were amazing. Rewards program.

Overwhelming amount of responsibilities. Not much work life balance.

Benefits very good, especially for new mothers.

They do have a tendency to do large staff reductions.

Flexible schedule and relaxed working environment.

Pay and benefits aren't the best.
