What are perks and other benefits like at Fortnum & Mason?

Good Benefits including generous staff discount, pension, lunch allowance and Staff shopping day. Largely good team camaraderie. Interesting customer base with good opportunities to encourage additional sales with my international experience

Remote line management with no face to face personal contact. Infrequent notice of Staff shopping days. Lack of adequate product training

Good benefits, 40% off food, 25% off perfume, clothes and jewellery, staff shop. Made lots of lovely friends here. Great staff. Most managers were great.

There's a male manager who worked on the first floor, he's quite short, wears rectangular glasses. Disrespectful and rude. There were occasions I almost reported him to HR but another colleague told me "not to cause trouble". Made me feel like I couldn't reach out for help if I didn't understand something as he'd get extremely condescending and passive aggressive.

Managers are usually helpful and nice. Not helpful when it’s peak season
