      1. Good Training & Onboarding – The initial training is well-structured and helps freshers gain confidence quickly. 2. Supportive Work Culture – Colleagues and team leaders are generally approachable and willing to guide new hires. 3. Job Security – As a large BPO with a global presence, the company offers stability compared to smaller firms. 4. Transport Facility – Cab services are provided, which is convenient for those working night or rotational shifts. 5. Learning Opportunity – Exposure to international clients and processes is valuable for building communication and customer handling skills.

      1. Low Starting Pay – The salary package is on the lower side for freshers compared to other BPOs. 2. Strict Attendance Policies – Even as a new hire, performance is often overshadowed by attendance monitoring. 3. Rotational & Night Shifts – Shifts can be tiring, especially for those not used to irregular working hours. 4. Slow Career Growth (for some roles) – While promotions exist, they may take longer unless you’re in the right project/team. 5. Rigid Policies – Some HR and management policies feel inflexible, which can be tough for freshers adjusting to corporate life.

      It's a great place to work at, you always meet new people and there is no much bad vibes, colleagues mostly are friendly. The company help you grow and push you by teaching you the skills you need to grow in the company, your managers mostly try to help you grow and think of you as a friend, so they help you as best as they can. And if your manager is not good enough or mean, you can always talk to the operation manager to request a solution, they are friendly and will help you out.

      - the recent accounts mostly night shifts which is not comfortable as I rejected any call center jobs before for this reasons specifically, simply because working in a rotational shift is hard and you destroy your own health and life. Luckily, I am in a UK account only morning shift- which was perfect and that's the reason I applied. - Also, the lack of transportation and the transfer of some accounts between maadi and city stars, alot of us need transportation to save time, some of us live far, city stars transportation starting to look good but maadi no, and recently even working from home stopped in many accounts so beside the new accounts being rotational- we cannot work from home and there is no transportation

      There is no hybrid model, rotational shift is bad, sometimes you don’t get 2 days in a row to rest.

      Working from home is the only one!

      Min wage for what’s essentially a complaints role most other jobs if this nature pay £12.50 starting, not all agents treated fairly for example some are given more late shifts which finish at 10pm than others, communication is ooor from their client take a lot of slack for changes they make but don’t tell their front line staff of customers until they start calling in! Told no one could have time off in December but again many agents given Christmas off and some middle management even boosted about having 3 weeks off! Support is poor of an evening shift when no team leaders in who get given most weekends off to! Even changing their name from Sitel as that had a bad reputation has not helped! Promoted a perk of the job was weekly pay which they advertised with the job, now taking that away and forcing everyone to have monthly pay whether they like it or not. A lot of statistics for the job and tick boxes by managers.

      Cons

      No proper meals/ food for night shift employees . Would be great if the restrooms are handled properly and kept clean!!! Apart from these two , it’s so far so good.
