How are career development opportunities at Fragomen?

I had a great experience working at Fragomen, Ireland. The team was supportive, collaborative, and genuinely committed to helping employees grow both professionally and personally. Leadership maintained open communication and created an environment where ideas and contributions were valued. One of the things I appreciated most was the positive workplace culture. The company encouraged teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning, which made it an enjoyable and motivating place to work. I also gained valuable experience and developed skills that have continued to benefit me in my career. Overall, I’m grateful for the opportunities and experiences I had there, and I would recommend Fragomen, Ireland to anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and growth-oriented workplace.

Lack of support in career development and management have no understanding of caseworkers’ day to day work.

Diversity, supportive atmosphere, advancement opportunities, great collaborative culture and teamwork. Company truly embodies it's mission and makes a difference in the world and people's lives.

Compensation levels. Fast paced and high volume workload - but that is also what makes it interesting.

You can grow within the firm. The staff and management are really helpful in your career growth.

The only downside is the pay is less compared to the competitors in the market

1.Job is fairly simple and straightforward. (Not something which requires a lot of skill. 2.Pay is fair, not great but alright. 3. Free snacks

1. Management has no clue as to how to run/setup a BPO operation. processes are not streamlined, and often cause confusion. Processes tend to vary from one legal professional to the other, which goes on to show the managements inexperience in conducting a business such as this and worse, the lack of research. It shouldn't be too difficult given that the head count within the department is relatively small. 2. Individuals in Senior management have also on multiple occasions, acted and behaved in an unprofessional manner (i.e. swearing, cursing out employees, and bragging about terminating ex-employees) creating a hostile work environment. 3. Management & the HR department also constantly display a lack of empathy and unprofessionalism. Email announcements are made vaguely, ambiguously , and they are never on time. 4. Career progression here is pretty much inexistant as in AUS only Migration agents and legal practitioners are allowed to provide immigration assistance. The individuals working in the AUS practice outside of AUS have very limited career progression here. To sum things up, its pretty much a dead end job.
