Pros
The company offers a range of attractive benefits, such as a low employee contribution for a Multisport card, fruit and vegetable provided twice a week, social events, barbecues, an on-site gym within the building, and a massage once every six months. However, it gives the impression that these benefits are intended to mask an absolutely inadequate and disproportionate level of compensation. I would personally prefer a higher salary to bananas and mandarins. The only genuine advantage is the international team and the opportunity to use foreign languages on a daily basis.
Cons
In addition to inadequate compensation, the company suffers from poor leadership and inappropriate behavior on the part of management. Unfortunately, despite concerns being raised by multiple parties, one should not expect any sense of fairness or accountability, which has ultimately led to the departure of several employees. This, in turn, has resulted in an increased workload for the remaining staff, without any financial or other form of compensation.
There was no room for professional development, education, or full-time training, not even for trainee employees. Tasks are approached with a focus on quantity rather than quality, despite the fact that this is the aviation industry. The functioning of the EHS department is also questionable. Overall, the company creates the illusion that employees are well taken care of and that there is someone they can turn to.
