Lots of training provided n beneficial for new joinees.

Shift to focus on developing tech skills n attempt to refocus efforts in building internal capabilities for dev works. Less emphasis to train and equip middle managers with soft skills to manage n dev team resulting in burn outs in teams with managers who are eager to soar with undeveloped wings and micromanage due to insecurities.

Product managers are all very friendly and knowledgable Great first experience as a PM Lots of autonomy over decisions Supervisor will arrange a weekly sync up with you to check on any blockers, progress of work done

Can be quite difficult to catch Lead PMs or other PMs as they can be very busy with meetings Lots of abbreviated words that can take quite sometime to get used to Cannot convert to Full Time after internship but I think it's for the best too as you really need experience before you can perform on the job well

Nice working environment especially new office at punggol.

Not all people manager (middle management) knows how to manage team and gives fair assessment without personal interest.
