Everyone on my team was quite ups so I learnt loads from each of them

4 day work from home, not the best learning envt for interns

- Engineers are not the most technically strong - Requirements regularly change - Slow adoption of AI tools - Lack of extremely technically challenging tasks

- Impactful projects, modern tech stacks - Treated like a full-time engineer, was given the opportunity to lead 2 projects - Friendly teammates - Great WFH policy - Pay is exceptional

- Pantry can be better

Many professionals who are capable here and opportunities to upskill and learn new things, flexible work arrangements
