Progression is limited, in my experience lots of employees stayed in the same position for many years, however there's lots of opportunity for sideways movement to new teams etc.

Micro managed from leadership, teams often stopped in their tracks or months of work pulled because someone 'had an opinion'. Low pay compared to the industry Large redundancies on multiple occasions Financial planning abysmal - had to pay for own company trips to events due to too much budget being spent in other departments Toxic environment with low morale Everything is for social media show/fame.
