      Pros

Easy recruitment process in the company

      Cons

no work life balance in the job

Decent for freshers, but toxic culture for laterals. Highly toxic!!

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good for freshers, decent enough learning experience by working on product directly.

      Cons

The Company is not suitable for lateral experienced employees. The culture fit is also not suitable as it feels more like an extended college rather than a professional environment. The existing employees are hardly aware about corporate culture. The policies are very vague and thrash things are being followed on the name of fast paced environment. Apart from their hero product, none of the other products are stable. One can understand the toxic culture from the Hiring process that continues for the whole year. Just blindly copies amazon, frequent hire and fire policy followed. There is a huge regional preference being followed, people from certain regions are given special treatment.

Fun team but low pay and tough quotas

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Straightforward interview process and overall most of the team members are fun good people.

      Cons

Base pay and commission is VERY Low. 50K base for an SDR with 15K Commission total. Hitting quota is also not something everyone does.

      A great learning experience

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      1. Lot of learnings 2. Build a strong team

      Cons

      1. Too many org changes 2. Sometimes the process is a little complex and clarity is required.

Really bad company for a lateral hire

      Senior manager
      Current employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Ok for fresh grads from college as they do mass hiring. Good quarterly parties

      Cons

Where to start - - Culture is really bad, too much office politics, negativity, gossips all the time. - PNC (HR) is the worst. They make us feel as if we are convicts and they are our parole officers. - Very high level of micro management. They have a AutoPH through which they track each and every step of yours and rate you based on that.

Manager Dependent Culture and Poor Work Life Balance

      Senior consultant
      Former employee
      Hyderābād
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      1. The role may suit individuals who prefer taking on most responsibilities themselves and are comfortable working under high pressure. 2. The company provides an optional meal program, which can be convenient for employees living in PGs or away from home.

      Cons

      1. Work culture is highly dependent on individual managers. In many cases, recognition, promotions, and day-to-day treatment appear to be influenced more by personal rapport with managers than by experience or actual contribution to the project. 2. Compensation structures for lateral hires may feel inconsistent. It is not uncommon for fresh graduates to receive salaries comparable to or higher than experienced hires, which can be discouraging over time. 3. Performance evaluations lack clearly defined KPIs or objective measurement frameworks. Ratings are largely based on feedback from peers and managers, which can make the process feel subjective and unpredictable. 4. Work-life balance can be challenging. Employees are often expected to remain available for late-night calls and extended work hours even when situations are not urgent. This can make it difficult to maintain a healthy balance outside work. 5. Leave approvals can also depend heavily on managerial discretion. In some cases, even previously approved leave plans may change due to shifting priorities. 6. Overall, the employee experience can vary significantly depending on the team and manager you are assigned to. Individuals who value transparent performance evaluation, respectful communication, and predictable work-life boundaries may find the environment difficult to navigate.

      Too much Politics

      Associate software engineer
      Former employee
      Bhubaneshwar
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

In the end none of the pros lasted.

      Cons

No leadership at management level(all the unworthy unqualified people looking after each other). Working hard didn't matter, only relations with the hierarchy mattered. The management team at Bhubaneswar did not let use move to Hyderabad even after all development work had been taken away from our department. the same department existed in Hyderabad as well and they were also not allowed to do develop anymore. So, it was decided that both the departments would be merged with the Product Team. The Hyderabad management agreed. Our management in Bhubaneswar told us not to worry as they would get development work, but actually they were lying to save their own necks as they didn't know themselves any of the technologies that was used at the company. Then in the next appraisal cycles they started putting those people from our department on performance review who couldn't come up with their own automation(development work) even after code changing access was taken away from the department. 40 people needs to come up with their own automation or 15-20 of them could be let go. Work from home was very difficult to get even if you had some valid reason. It was like even if you are sick, you would get the work from home but there would be strings attached like if you don't stay longer than everybody in the next day, you are not professional enough even if you have finished all the work that was assigned. People staying late and playing ludo got promotions over people who could do their jobs 4-5 times better than them and who completed all their work for the day early by working harder so that they could go home just 30 minutes- 1 hour before time.
