What is paid time off like at Hollister Co.?
Pros
Working with outgoing, friendly, energetic associates and in an awesome store with an atmosphere like no other! -Meeting customers from all over the country and world while helping them shop and find our merchandise (which is the best!!) -Amazing benefits package for managers and full time associates. (Health Insurance, Medical, Dental, VISION, and great match to the 401(k) as well as short and long term disability and life insurance. They also offer tons of paid time off, which is usually always able to be taken if planned in advance -Training and Development is the best in the industry. I started as a Model (Brand Rep) 13 years ago and after graduating moved up to a Store Manager. -Very fun and easy if you are a team player and are willing to work hard and be a leader in your store. -AWESOME discount and all merchandise (especially the jeans) are an ideal fit for ANYONE!
Cons
Don't be late, and don't expect to not work hard. District Managers and upper management can at times stress us out....be cool...don't be so..uncool lol
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing and don't forget to visit stores that are not centrally located because those stores often feel as though they are not getting any exposure or gaining valuable experience with store walk thrus and learning/development.
