Too much work for students and salary is extremely low. Deserves a salary for economic status. All mentioned benefits in the Infobip page for interns are a mislead , no travel allowance and food allowance

I worked with some qenuinely kind and smart people. We worked in remote/hybrid setup but met regularly. The company also invests a lot into the offices, benefits, conferences, get-togethers etc. Salary was competitive for the local market and the line manager cared about his team both on a professional and human level.

It can be very hard to get promoted and very easy to get stuck on the same old legacy codebase that doesn't give you opportunity to stay fresh. People spend decades in the company in order to raise to a level where you'd get in a matter of years somewhere else. This is not necessarily the company's fault, it's just because of it's size.

Infobip is a great company to grow in. Salary is good for the average in the city and provides different benefits. Overall, I am really happy about the opportunity and how human the company is.
