poor management, low pay for the amount of work they expect, don't expect a promotion - very hard to get any sort of promotion or even any raise, expect to work at all hours - no work/life balance, Takes advantage of hard workers - Associate managers doing manager and up level work for an extended period of time but we are told there is no promotion or raise available.

Terrible Team Culture. I don't believe it was intentional, but I was excluded from meetings yet still expected to be in the know about what was discussed in those meetings. I enjoyed the time and meeting some of the people, but I also experienced cross functional teammates not respecting work needing to be done that affects my team which was difficult to work with.

I interviewed with 7 people total and they all seem really nice

HR is a complete mess. The HR guy I worked with lied to me about the pay for the role I was interviewing for AND they tried to low ball me when they made the offer. Their benefits are horrendous also, the health insurance is so expensive, and their 401k match contribution is awful. A company THIS big should be ASHAMED of these horrific benefits, you can and should do better than this!

The people. The Dunkin' family (what's left of us) continue to be inspired and passionate regardless of being continuously put through the ringer. A rare closeness and unity in the corporate world. Working for global brands has always been exciting.

Take what's mentioned above and understand the culture is struggling. It's lost in leadership how crucial it is to promote a positive environment and actually take the time to understand what each individual contributes. The company is so busy figuring how to cut costs by downsizing and tightening the budget, they don't realize the strain they are putting on those few who are left. Key people gone leaving others to figure out processes. Morale continues to decline. The benefits shockingly get worse each year.

- Most of the brands are fun and are doing well - Work life balance is usually pretty good

- No room for upward mobility. People in this company are stuck at their level for years. There is also a clear preference for hiring externally rather than promoting from within. It does not matter how hard you work, you will not be recognized. - Compensation is well below average - Forced return-to-office policy - Benefits are sub-par for a company of this size
