How are career development opportunities at IntouchCX?

I don't think there is any. You can join this company as a last resort. The company is not worth your time. There will be nothing to learn here. You won't learn anything that will be useful in your career.

So many downsides of the company. Less pay, no career growth unless you are a manager's favourite one, less benefits and no proper management. HR team is the worst. Everyone is not aware of the policies of their own company. Don't join IntouchCX at Bangalore...........

Great work environment, supportive team, and lots of resources and opportunities for personal and career growth and wellbeing.

It's been almost 3 years at the company and I was not able to find any cons from my own experience.

1. Easy entry for freshers with minimal prior experience 2. Provides basic exposure to corporate work culture and customer support processes 3. Job stability if you meet performance expectations

1. Very limited learning opportunities beyond initial training 2. Career growth is stagnant, with promotions and role changes taking years 3. Compensation is below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry 4. Work-life balance is difficult due to rotational shifts and constant workload 5. Not a place to build a long-term career; best to gain experience and move on within 1–2 years

Incentives are good for french

No growth opportunity and lot of pressure

The manager is friendly and encouraging, career growth opportunities are frequent if you’re skilled. Team and the managers recognise your value and contributions and compensate with promotions and rewards.

Work timings are not aligned with IST. You might not get leaves sometimes when needed due to the team capacity

Easy to apply in the company

They don’t care about your mental health. Salary too low. Lot of opportunities to growth but the salary increase is not acceptable.
