What is working from home like at JK Tech?

Pros of work from home

I will not mention anything

- Excellent team members and very helpful - Management is good - Good work culture - Work from home opportunity - Has scope to learn new things and training are provided

- Not much / satisfactory salary hike for an employee continuously working here - Could have better increment for an dedicated and long time employee Other than this, I do not find any cons.

1. You can get Work From Home option for some projects which is rare now a days. 2. Work Life Balance is really good as apart from the busy season (OCT-DEC) you will not be forced to work overtime as well as you can take leave without a single question asked. 3. Recently JK Tech has tied up with Google Cloud after which paid certification courses will now be absolutely free to employees. 4. You will get Quarterly Award in the form of a gift voucher as well as appreciation certificate to the people who have given significant contribution to the project.

1. Projects assigned are mostly maintanance type due to which it may hamper your upskilling in long term. 2. Fixed holiday provided is too less compared to similar consulting companies. 3. At times you will be sitting idle for weeks if the client does not have any more task for you. 4. It also does not have any company trips or parties which could help in socialize with the team members.

They have WFH and WFO facility.

Due to WFH facility , Employee miss the office gathering

Only WFH is the good thing provided here.

Never join this company, I say never ever. Such an unstable company where they hire people on urgent basis and after 4 months ... Boom. You have been layed off after getting message from HR as they lack in having stable client. So my personal suggestion is don't join this company if you want good for your career. HR will say big things at the time of joining but trust me none of them will be true. This was my worst company in my whole career.
