I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to join Jellyfish. The company is known for hiring top-tier talent, so to get in the door was something I was proud of. If you’re looking to be at the cutting edge of digital marketing, surrounded by brilliant minds, this is the place to be. I had the privilege of working with the best leaders I’ve encountered in my entire career. The flexibility to work remotely and the support I received during my maternity phase were truly invaluable. Companies like Jellyfish are rare to come by. I highly recommend both the company and the Danish team. Our managing director is absolutely exceptional! I owe a lot to her and my VP.

- Poor management, resulting in misalignment, confusion, and disjointed operations - Lack of inspiring leadership, with a pervasive lack of enthusiasm and a focus on individual tasks over teamwork - Lack of accountability throughout the business - Poor communication at team levels, with information not being shared - Misleadingly eliminated direct line managers, leading to unclear career guidance and selective task assignment - No career prospects, with a flawed promotion system that hinders career growth and contributes to low morale - Low morale due to no career prospects and continued redundancies with fears of more job cuts as Jellyfish integrates AI into products and recruits heavily from South Africa and Mexico to reduce human resource overheads - Benefits reduced over time - Volunteers asked to become mentors rather than handpicked, proven, and exemplary individuals - Lack of transparency around pay, especially regarding promotion increases, which are determined on an individual basis. This secrecy undermines trust and transparency - Has become to corporate, it feels like shareholders are in control
