Low wage. Little to no benefits if you're not upper management (no PTO, no healthcare) Healthcare provided (only for managers) is not good. If the management is bad then it sours the whole job.

Fast paced entry level position for fast food

Requires your own personal vehicle, little to no benefits, management does not care about maintenance, summer hours are very little due to being put on call.

They have good benefits and nice pay

Low ball pay, no benefits or incentive's

Depending on which location you work (some more strict than others') it is a fun and goofy environment that can teach you a lot of the basics of customer service and time management. It was one of my favorite jobs that I had in my teen years and you get tips from a tip pool which is decent.

A lot of ex-cons work there or in fast food in general, so be careful who you get close to when working in a place like that. If you become a manager, benefits are not great and getting time off is hard, no last minute stuff is liked.
