I've been with Julius Bär for a couple months now and I love it so far. All the colleagues I met are wonderful, my team leader supports me and my development and I also enjoy the company culture. Also the benefits the company provides to their employees are amazing. I also enjoy the fact that JB has a hybrid working policy and that you have the chance to buy additional holidays etc.

It’s not a modern work environment at all. They have a really old perspective about how an office should work. Not really a good work-life balance especially when you have kids. People are also very scared about their managers.
