Nepotism. No matter how hard you work, you'll have to leave to progress. Senior management favours their friends and inner circle clique. Outside of this they seek diversity over the best fit for a role.

Flexibility as a casual. Colleagues are nice and in the same sinking boat as you.

They do not care about their casual workers at all…no benefits, no humanity and no compassion.

You are often short-staffed, expected to run two different positions at once, have to cross-train due to labor shortages, no benefits, a higher manager did give good feedback for my performance, despite having recommendations from other managers, because they would "lose me" at that store.

The salary is not pleasing and the customers cab be untidy for no reason
