HR and IT aren’t the best, prefer long term employees. If applying for similar roles be aware that you may be made redundant as they aren’t required very often.

No pros associated with role would avoid and look elsewhere

The company targets graduates but there is no progression opportunity, all good jobs and benefits are locked up by past Micnicolas staff which Kier bought over at one stage in Northern Ireland.
