There is currently a real push in terms of female retention and progression which is great to see. Regular talent reviews and training opportunities. Great employee engagement initiatives.

It's been a mixed bag in terms of managers at times, but my current one is excellent. There is a lack of consistency across the business areas sometimes, one size doesn't fit all but some standards should be throughout Kier.
